New Manager for the Brisbane Civil Urban Team!

🎉 We’re excited to welcome Daniel Chaille as our new manager for the Brisbane Civil Urban group, strengthening our leadership and presence across the region.

Daniel brings deep experience across the development, resources, waste and energy sectors, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects from concept through to construction and beyond. 🚧

His multidisciplinary expertise and commercial mindset mean he knows how to quickly turn challenges into clear, practical outcomes for clients.

Just as importantly, Daniel is someone who values ownership, collaboration and long-term partnerships, which is exactly what we’re about at Burchills.
As an employee-owned consultancy, that mindset matters.  It’s how we move quickly, stay accountable, and deliver with confidence.

In this role, Daniel will help grow our capability and footprint in existing and new markets.

Jono Cuell (Director – Urban):
“Getting Daniel on board reflects our continued investment in Brisbane and the broader South-East Queensland region. Daniel brings not only exceptional technical capability, but also strong leadership and alignment with our values. As a people-first business, culture and growth are at the heart of what we do. We’re excited to see Daniel drive our expansion across Brisbane and surrounds, while continuing to build a strong culture and deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients and communities.”

Daniel Chaille:
“I’m excited to join Burchills at a time of strong growth across the multiple markets we operate in. What stood out to me is the employee-owned model and the subsequent ownership people take in delivering for clients. There’s a real opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that shape how our communities, landscape and infrastructure and I’m looking forward to being part of that.”

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Outside of work, Daniel is also a proud dad of two young kids, something that reinforces his passion for helping deliver projects that create lasting value for future communities.

👏 A great addition to the team as we continue to grow in the lead-up to 2032 and beyond.
