Experience
Philip is the Principal Water Engineer and has over 30 years’ experience in water and environmental engineering projects, as well as the development of urban drainage schemes, flood mitigation schemes and storm water quality management strategies. Philip is also an expert witness in matters pertaining to flooding and stormwater management in the QLD P & E court.
Philip has diverse skills in project management, design, documentation and supervision of water projects, Small Dams, Racing Facilities, Roads and Specialist Foundation Systems.
