Lucas is an RPEQ with over 15 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer with extensive background in the management and delivery of all phases of road, civil infrastructure and land development projects in both the public and private sector including master planning and feasibilities, development approvals, detailed design, construction supervision and contract administration.
